My name is Mateo, and I’ve been coaching people for 2 years now.

I’ve always loved sports: football, skateboarding, surfing, climbing… Seven years ago, I started strength training. My approach has evolved: gym, hypertrophy, weightlifting, hybrid training, calisthenics, street lifting, endurance, and hand-balance. I eventually specialized in Street Workout while keeping my Gym Rat roots.

My knowledge in strength training, calisthenics, mobility, and anatomy has made me an expert in bodyweight strength training, focusing on functional aspects like strength, balance, explosiveness, mobility, and endurance.
